Amended Value:
When your employee has found a buyer, NRI's Amended Value Service is your solution. NRI will amend the appraised value to match the buyer's offer and then take responsibility for the closing to relieve your employee of yet another series of time-consuming tasks.
Buyer Value Option:
An alternative to the Guaranteed Buy-Out and Amended Value service is the Buyer Value Option, or “BVO”. NRI’s BVO helps minimize your company’s exposure to acquiring inventory, and can help speed up the sale of the home. With this stand-alone option NRI will purchase and close the employee's home, based solely on an outside purchase offer. This is a critical step in ensuring the proper paperwork is in place to meet important guidelines.
Assigned Sale:
Employee assigns the contract of sale to NRI for closing. NRI will manage the closing, process paperwork, and eliminate the need for the employee to travel and attend the closing.
